Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. When packages are submitted to USPS, we are not responsible for what happens in transit. However, we offer shipping insurance on packages (if applicable, at an additional cost) so we are able to file a claim with USPS in the case that they lose or evidently damage your package’s contents.
